AKS Management started as a simple vision from a determined and aspiring entrepreneur. Following the loss of his Grandfather to cancer, the CEO took over one of his properties. This is where his love of real estate began. He has since worked tirelessly to make a positive change in his community through real estate to try and follow in his Grandfather’s footsteps. We at AKS Management manage flips, rentals, and also provide lease-purchase options on our properties. Homes for sale, auction, and foreclosures are some of our specialties where we put vision and hard work to produce diamonds from the rough. We also facilitate real estate investing with private money to provide a safer and generally higher rate of return than other investments.  We pride ourselves on working with excellence, and take on each project with zeal and determination.
